Our expertise is in cost effective preservation, restoration and redevelopment of Historic Properties. Utilizing a group team approach to construction management, we are able to leverage off of our strong subcontractor relationships developed over the past 15 years.
Furthermore, by self-performing specialty work associated with restoration and preservation projects, we are able to poss on substantial cost savings to our clients.
In addition to our Historic work, AC has performed a number of new construction and specialty projects.

Abrams Construction constructed a new entranceway to the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute. This high-profile project consisted of a restoration and addition to the main entrance of the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute, Woods Hole, Massachusetts.

Chestnut Green Apartments, Foxboro, MA
Abrams Construction completed a restoration of a portion of the Foxboro State Hospital destroyed by a fire. The project consisted of the replacement of burnt brick, installation of new steel frame and truss systems as well as replacement of the ornate exterior finish. The project was completed in only three months and had to adhered to the National Park Services strict Historic Standards.
