305 Dutton Street was the first large scale apartment development in downtown Lowell in over 20 years. The project consisted of the redevelopment of the former Giant Department Store, with the use of Federal Historic Tax Credits, into 135 market rate apartments. Giant Department Store was the Wal-Mart of its time and we are proud to have brought this landmark back to life as luxury apartments. The building features 10 foot by 17 foot steel windows, original wood floors, and modern, edgy concrete architecture.
