Current Projects

The Fremont Lofts is the conversion of the former Farber Shoe Factory into 97 loft condominium units. The building's unique architecture includes 12-22 foots ceilings, expansive windows and abundant historic features which cannot be replicated in new construction. Project amenities include: fitness center, interior courtyard, onsite storage and community room. The Abrams Group and their partners received the esteemed Prism Builders Award for Best Historic Rehabilitation in 2006.
